We will get a set of guinea pigs on Friday and need some advice on whether or not to get two girls or two men.
We now have continue reading the world wide web that men might have difficulties with their bottoms getting affected and needing their anal glands cleaning up (which we have been not thinking about having to complete), have actually also read that boys could be more smelly that they can fight and try to dominate each other, but that they also make better pets as they tend to mark their terrority their wee smells stronger, also.
We pointed out this to your breeder and stated she said that boys are better pets as girls can bite and be grumpy at certain times (PMT like) that we were keen on girls but.
Can you aren’t any connection with piggies give me personally some advice please before we get and select some.
Many Thanks and sorry for the post that is long.

We have had a lot of girls too plus they have actually made pets that are lovely well, but perhaps slightly more inclined to be bitey or skittish. The few more difficult figures we’ve had have all been girls!
Guinea pigs of either sex need a complete lot of cleaning up – they poo like nothing else on earth! When they smell, you’re not carrying it out sufficient. I have never understood some of ours to smell, girls or males.
In stability, if I experienced to decide on two as being a grouped family dog, without any connection with guinea pigs, I would most likely try using men, considering that the docility and tameness would win in my situation. Continue reading
