Sheldon Adelson withdrew a $650 million commitment to help develop a stadium in Las Vegas for the Oakland Raiders after becoming frustrated using the team’s overreaching needs and blended signals towards him during negotiations.

This is according to Andy Abboud, vice president of federal government relations and community affairs for LVS.
Abboud told the Las vegas, nevada Review-Journal, a magazine owned by his employer, Adelson, that the straw that is final as soon as the Raiders took a proposed arena rent agreement to the Las Vegas Stadium authority without informing the Adelsons.
The lease made no mention of this Adelsons being a partner, a turn of activities Abboud describes as ‘stunning.’
‘I’m still trying to puzzle out just what the hell they were thinking,’ Abboud said. ‘Had they told anyone in advance in the offer anymore,’ should they had shown anybody that’s been associated with this technique at all that document, we would have stated, ‘What in the hell are you currently thinking? that they were going to dump that document, even in the event that they had told us, ‘We don’t desire you”
